Functional. It gets better with every update though, so at least it's being worked on.

Adequate I personally miss the look and feel of the E&A app, as well as the spending and income graphs. This gets the job done, but feels like a last minute creation. Plus why the lack of immediate information for former E&A mobile users?

Freezes up and most of the time won't let me log in. App is just like the company.

Its ok. Doesn't let me see all of my shares, and linked account has account number and share listed but not balance. Everything else is going well.

Trash It advertises remote deposit which is not there and almost all the other options are not there for me either... only thing when I log in is that I can see my accounts . It won't even let me transfer... so disappointed

The Basics Could do more in the way of letting you pay off your cards with transfers. Would also like to see pending transfers and "amount available" vs total like on the website. Good for the basics.

Love it, it's fast and convenient way to do all my banking ❤ highly recommend it to everyone that banks with Advia

Only problem I have is that it only shows one of my linked accts... I would need my checking more often than my savings.

Mediocre, with potential. Listen to the CU owners/members who've already given feedback. Improve and update. Why not give the app every option that the website has? Consistency is good. It's profitable to improve and update and allow members/owners to use all services. Need I say more?

Keep trying to reset password,every time I make a new one it says it's invalid pass word.I makes me upset I can't use this app.Makes it hard to track my account.It use to work perfectly fine

Remote deposit disappeared Since our merger I have not been a fan. Too big!

Every time I've uploaded or updated this app, I still don't have the option for remote deposit:( It gets my blood pumping every time I see it advertised. My options on the app are: "Accounts", "Transfer", "P2P", "Pay Bills", "Locations" and "Alerts". Why advertise it if it doesn't work?

Read first. No remote deposit. Only reason I downloaded was for remote deposit. Not there.

No way to deposit my check

Needs an update Look, I suggest you go look at fifth-third bank's app and try to make it as similar as possible. They have a great app, it is very convenient. Being able to see your updated available balance is crucial. Shoot for that atleast.

Password I've been trying to sign on to mobile banking. Do I need a new ID and password.? I looked for info can't find how to create either one

Better than nothing but... Alerts still popping up as new after viewing them. Payment has been paid. Was paid a month ago. Balance is off... Pending transactions not included. Good thing I have check guard... Could over draw easily... Needs work ADVIA, should get somebody working on this app or don't bother having it. Ball park info is not good enough.

Could be better My main complaint is I hate how when you pay a bill there is no history of your bill pay, the old app through E & A had that, it was a great way to keep track of what you already paid. Now you have to wait for it to register in your account history in order to know what has been paid. Also hate that if you pay a bill through the app. It does not show on the computer in your bill pay history. Phone app and your Web site should be synced with each other, that would allow your members to keep better records.

Can't deposit checks Main reason I downloaded the app is to deposit checks. I used to be able to do this before the update and can no longer do that. Would be nice to save user name. Very limited features.

Set up Some instructions for how to get set up would be nice when you first download the app on your phone so that you know what to do on a separate device and what links to click on the Advia web site.

Site seems last minute & Advia CU sucks balls Not as good as E&A, nor as user friendly, I am so disappointed with this switch to Advia that I'm seriously contemplating closing accounts. I moved to the Left Coast where E&A doesn't exist but kept my acct since I really loved E&A but with this change is difficult for me to use the Advia site, huge log in problems, got locked out of my online account & it took the banker FIVE DAYS to reset my log in info and they would not give me phone access! !! I've been a member since 1976,when was Manufacturers CU

Not user friendly Does not tell you which checks cleared. Only gives you amount and day it cleared the account. Please fix.

Much better then previous app... Just wish we could see pending transactions that would top it off! :-)

Not enough information Incomplete application, need to see more information to be usable. Easier to just login to the website. I was told there would be a way to scan checks, but I see nothing.

User name Need to be able to save user name.dont want to type it in every time.

Advia Not as good as E & A. You cannot do many things using this app.

Having some issues I transferred money from one account to another and its not showing anything was done. Its not updating any transaction

I like it! BUT It is really useful, however it could use work. It would help if it told me when my auto loan was due & what was due. It also needs a place to access the advia credit card. Then I'd give it 5 stars for sure.

I was told that I could deposit checks but that option is nowhere to be found. Very frustrating to figure out.

Inaccurate balance information Why does this app not show pending transactions? Why does it show an incorrect balance that does not reflect monies already spent? Advia is so behind the times....and costing ME money

Not a lot of functions Dosent let you deposit checks by pictures, and very limited other functions

Sucks I'm on my brothers android phone. I have an I phone. Advia website says for android and I phone. No app for I phone

Horrible! There's no link to find or reset your password or user ID if you forget what they are. This app is basically worthless now and I'm deleting it.

Very functional Works well. Wouldn't mind a quick access option, but it hasn't given me anything to complain about.

Ehh, could be worse There's no access to the credit card, can not view only send money to it, but it would be nice to be able to keep track of it as easy as the checking and savings, and apply for loans with just having all my account info there already

Better than no app... I guess. Remote deposits have to be enabled, they forgot to tell me that when they sold me on their 'great checking with a great app.' I had to figure it out on my own. The login has got to be the worse of any of my past banking or current credit card apps. An option for a 'quick view' not needing to login each time would be VERY nice.

Fly out menu Can't stand new fly out menu. Should have the option to choose how I want my own setup to look such as fly out menu vs. tile menu. Still waiting to see amount due on loans and credit cards so I know how much is to be paid when using the app. Can be improved with effort. When done so, I will change my rating.

Camera backwards I can't deposit checks. My camera is backwards in the app on my Nexus 5x, which makes lining up checks almost impossible. I have to have my wife use her iPhone to deposit checks.

Needs more detail The description said that you can make deposits but there's no place to deposit. When the alerts come across your phone it doesn't tell you how much was withdrawn just that there was a withdrawal. And it would be nice to see pending and more history.

I love advia I have no complaints and have been banning with them for almost a year now.

Very convenient app Just wish it would save my user name so i didnt have to have my account number with me to access it.

Works well but.... When your account goes negative it doesn't tell you weather or not it's negative it just says balance ($xx.xx) no negative marker and makes for a confusing morning when all you want is coffee. Plus I wish they had an option to take pictures of checks and deposit them without having to drive to one of the fewest banks around Kalamazoo

No option for deposit??? What's the point without this...

Ease of use is great! Clean and fast...loading time is fast.

Great app Love it awsomr

Remote deposit For remote deposit, you must first enroll online from your account under the "additional" tab. After, they say 24 hours and it will be active on the mobile device. Your account must be at least 90 days old unless you speak with a chat representative to get it enrolled sooner. I just spoke to a rep online. After 24 hours the app now allows me to deposit a check directly in the app and pay bills.

Not bad I would like to see a remember account feature but that's just me.

Great app but needs more It would be nice to see pending transactions. Also a huge benefit would be to be able to transfer to another account from the app. My app does not have the option that it shows in the pictures.

No transfer to another account? I would love to be able to give my step father the money I owe him on this app instead of having to go to the full website. Also if it could remember my log in that would be great as well

Convenient The app does its job for the most part and saves me trips to the ATM. The layout and functionality are nice. However, the mobile check deposit feature doesn't work on my phone. I have a BLU Energy X, and it says it cannot connect with the camera.

Convenient Better than having to pull up the website in your browser. Works 95% of the time for me, if it says no connection try closing the app and opening it again always works for me.

No Connection I cannot log in. Error message says there is no connection. I can log into the website with no problem

Worst app I've ever used Never lets me in. Always says there's a problem. You call them and they reset the PW which works till you log out. Then boom right back where you started. Worthless. Just worthless.

No network? Lately it's saying that I need to be connected to a network to login which I'm clearly on a network. Fix it please.

No new update for the Advia Mobile Banking App....I don't get the same screen on my phone as depicted on the Advia site. No P2P and the Android pay doesn't work...

Invalid password or ID I put my password in and everything right and it say invalid

Meh. Could be lots better, and not look like it's straight out of my 90s computer. Needs more details and functionality.

I love advia I have no complaints and have been banking with them for almost 2 years now.
