Easily access up to 450 live and on demand channels, the most available. Control your TV, browse the guide, change channels, search for shows, set recordings from anywhere, and so much more.

Use to work Came across the channel to set this up by accident. Worked great but couldn't record. I have a new phone and the instructions are awful. I don't have an apps/itv button on my remote. I searched endlessly to figure this or over the last two weeks but no answers on the website or anywhere. My remote has an apps button that pulls up the guide. Clear instructions would be a great start for this app. For the lack of proper instruction I give this app a total fail. Dont waste your time on this.

Not created for android - won't turn on reciever Given android is bigger than ios, its annoying they just ported over the ios app (back button doesn't work, instead taking up space on the screen). It will also not turn the receive on, you have to use the remote, then you can use your phone. As others say, very laggy.

Just dosnt pair with my stb The app works fine from my ipad. The android version instructions to pair the receiver is wrong there is no app on the receiver to get a code. Stopped working several times. It wont log on to mybell either. Pointless.

Good now Pretty good now. Not so laggy anymore. Easy to record stuff.

Doesn't Work Couldn't even pair the app to my Bell receiver, so don't know how this app is because it won't let me get through the set up process. Maybe my Bell receiver is just old. It wouldn't generate a code to proceed.

Works, finally UPDATE - Just had my Router/Hub 2000 and all PVR's replaced, paired my receiver to my phone and the app has been working for several months so far. Prior comments: Repeatedly could not log on. It was so unreliable that it is useless to me. Either Bell's servers were the problem or invalid credentials??

Have no problems with my S4. I almost didn't download this after reading the reviews. But sure am glad that I did. Go Bell!

Doesn't work half the time Why can't Bell just make a product that works. Half the time the app doesn't sync. When it does work the app is good.

Works... Kind of... Scrolling the guide is everything but smooth and as others said, a native android app would go a long way!

Broken Went from 4 stars to 1. Doesn't work anymore and will never log into account away from home network.

Good for remote PVR'ing I was using this to remotely set up PVR for World Cup games, tried to do this today but only get the screen to register my receiver, which I did already. Waited a few minutes, tried again and it worked. A bit spotty for that but otherwise OK.

Can't pair with PVR All other functions work. So still good for remotely recording shows.

Better with lollipop Used to be painfully slow on my tablet (Nexus 10) but the update to Android 5 fixed it. It's now as fast as on my phone ( LG G2).

Great job but I feel it can do better I find myself using the app more than the actual remote it would be great if you added a way to control the volume from the app instead of taking my time to look for the remote. But recently the app has become a requirement since the remote gave out on me

Good I use it mostly for setting up the PVR to record seasons. Works well for searching shows as well.

Channel filter options resets When I filter the menu to "subscribed" so it only shows MW channels to which in subscribed to to doesn't correctly works because as soon as my phone sleeps or I close the app it defaults back to "all channels" which is annoying. Second thing is that they should have an option to filter out all French channels. Lastly, even when u filter to only subscribed option on both app and remote u still see list of TMN-Ecran and Super Channels. Move it!

It's works...kinda It didn't work at first but the after a few try I was lucky enough for it to work. very very bad port, lags on the samsung galaxy s4. but it works and I'm able to change channels and such

Stopped working on 3 Dec 14 Used to work. Could have been better, but this is Bell... It just stopped working on both my Nexus 5 and my Galaxy S, with both my receivers. I can pair, but as soon as that is done, I get an error message. I suspect Bell will fix this as fast as they fix all of their apps; ssssllllooooowwwwwllllllyyyyyy.....

Doesn't work with OnePlus Well done, guys. An app created for ease of access that takes almost no time at all to set up. What's wrong with it? Well, for whatever reason, it doesn't like my phone. Isn't it disappointing when your program doesn't do what you programmed it to?

Workaround if unable to pair Turn off cellular data and only have wi-fi connected prior to pairing the device. This should resolve issue pairing with your receiver! Enjoy :)

Doesn't work on kobo arc App is only halfway functional on the kobo arc.. Have remote capabilities and PVR control but no on tablet viewing function even tho on my Sony phone it works perfectly... Please fix

Will not play on tablet Loved it at first but it suddenly started giving errors whenever I try to play anything on my tablet. Still doesn't work after re-installing. Would rate it a 5 if it actually worked.

Why limit how much people can watch? On demand was great until I reached my maximum for the month... 5 episodes of a single program. Seriously!? Why?

Galaxy S6 If I can't watch anything on my phone without having to be at home, there's no value in this. I log in and have a decent package for fibe TV and absolutely no access via mobile unless synched to a receiver.

Bell Fibe App With the new app, I can no longer program my DVR. Since this was the main use I made of the app, the new app is, for me, next to useless.

New update is amazing! Using a Samsung Galaxy S4. The new app works super fast, easy to use, almost no loading time for live TV or On Demand. Everything I want in one place. My 15 picks, HBO, CraveTV. Thank you Bell, this app is great!

No PVR? Good app - but you can access your PVR from your phone so why can't you watch from phone?

Best version yet Hard to complain. Sometimes TV listings are slow to populate but other than that, works as advertised.

Awesome I have left rogers in 2013 and never looked back. Apps like these, the pvr, wifi TV all put shame on Rogers crappy service..

Awesome. Really like it. It works really well. One feature I would like to see is an ongoing notification. It would make it easier to get back in the app once you exit it.

Can't power on the receiver With the previous version it was possible to power on the receiver.... why remove features?

Can't watch any shows on Wi-Fi. Get "Error an error occurred. Please try again later: (1033)" no channels are able to be watched. I can only mutate PVR functions.

Would give 5 stars For some reason it keeps telling me to get access to the channel even though I already have the channel on my fibe tv at home, all I want to do is watch the nhl playoffs but they won't allow me access to my own channel. Crap!!! Installed and unistalled at least 15 times, and not once did it open!

Will not let me install on my Surface. Put on my Galaxy S4 and is working fine but I travel a lot and am always missing programs so having ability to carry my Surface to watch on large screen is desired. I have actually been interested in switching back to Rogers since they appear to be more in line with remote access and use.

Good now Looks Nice, kept asking to be paired every time I quitted the apps, but it's fine now. Let's hope it stay stable

Crash bang boom Nothing but a black screen and a dialog box saying the app has shut down. Uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. Not very useful.

PROBLEMS error code On devices that work with the Fibe app, as you watcht the sync between video and audio start to lag. Gets to a point where there is a 1 sec delay before you hear the actual audio. On my Note 3 the app never streams. I keep getting error code (1033) Please Try Again Later. App never works like it should!

Choppy video on Nexus 6P Can still use the app to record shows when I'm not at home but can't watch live TV as the video is very choppy on my Nexus 6P. Hopefully they look into this issue at some point cause obviously I'm not the only one.

Missing Chromecast Support. To make this app useful. Please add Chromecast support. Allow recorded programs to played on mobile devices from the receiver.

Doesn't work on Huawei Y6 Get error 'content playback is not available outside canada'. Thing is I AM trying this INSIDE canada!! Phone is provided by fido and unlocked.

Useless in Atlantic Canada When will Bell actually merge all of its service so Atlantic Canada has the same access as Quebec and Ontario?

It's Back So far so good, after a frustrating week, my BELLFIBETV app is working again. Merry Christmas Tech support.

This used to work fine on my Kobo Arc 10 but now I get a prompt to download the latest version from the Play store even though I have the latest version. Reinstall doesn't solve the problem.

Love it! On my TV recording does not work and on my tablet it does plus normal TV

Works pretty good overall Only thing I don't like is how I have to have my location on to watch anything and I can't watch recordings on my phone. Shouldn't the location be able to work with my bell home WiFi? That would be much easier and more battery efficient. App drains battery fast enough as it is..

Not working The app keeps shutting down while watching on demand service. Really frustrating.

Excellent Add filters to channel list while watching another channel. Make it work even on a rooted phone.

Needs multi-window support The app works great, but lacks a few features that would make it better. It needs multi-window support for Galaxy, it should sync favorites lists with the receiver and allow you to manage receiver settings. It also needs Chromecast and support to push to DNLA renderers.

Watch TV on yo phone! I love it, I can watch TV anywhere w just an internet cnxn. Great UI. Wish there was a way to watch my recordings as well. Future update?

Great This app is almost perfect. Easiest set up ever, and I can watch TV on my phone . the only thing that I wish there was is the restart button. I have it on my TV, but I can't restart the programs one here. Other than that, this app I amazing.

Chromecast and mirroring No chromecast support is one thing. Disabling mirroring when using with a hdmi cable is unacceptable.

Channels Did the app lose the rights to show channels?! Seems like suddenly a lot more channels are now available to view at home only than before.

Can't view a lot with new update After latest update, I am unable to watch a lot of the channels on my Note 5 that I was able to watch before. I also can't Chromecast anything such as CP24 news. It says mirror not supported.

No recordings?? Why can't we watch recorded shows? What happens when someone is using the TV and you want to watch a recorded show on your tablet or phone? I could watch live TV why not recordings?

Found out about this app today! My fibe remote finally kicked off so I had to order a new one. The rep told me about this app since I have no way to operate the TV. Thank goodness! Pretty awesome so far. And, because I have the S6 Edge, I can use all the functions. Score!

Good app except, for some reason, descriptions do not include year in which program was made. Guide also doesn't include fast scrolling, which the previous version did include. Volume control would be nice, too. Otherwise, pretty much love the app. Update: Recently, content doesn't load in the guide view.

Used to work Was working well but an update made the app unusable on our two tablets (different brands). It blames some location service error (1032) but the location service is working and not having problems with any other apps. The problem is clearly within the Bell Fibe app, but weeks after mentioning this to Bell support nothing has been done. Still not working with newest update... Pathetic.

App is broken... again. How can a multi-billion dollar company have such a buggy App? Barely works at the best of times. Just do better, I honestly don't know what else to say at this point.

Volume? I like the app but there's no way to increase or decrease the volume? I can change channels, record, pretty much everything you can do with the standard controller... But there's no back button, guide, exit or volume.

Was working fine and enjoyed using it for the few months, but recently it stopped functioning properly. Tried uninstalling and re-installing - but no such luck. Won't download and configure. Very frustrating!!

Disappointing It promises to let you control your TV, but Forward and Rewind buttons don't work, there is no volume control or mute button and most shows cannot be played (you get a "not subscribed" message, even though you are a Bell subscriber). Summary: a very lame app!

No screen mirroring the older version is better

Not bad but Not being able to watch recordings on your device is the deal breaker. Also don't like having to turn on location. If i pay for services you dont need to track my location. Loc services also uses battery up.

Limited viewing on tablets The bell adds are misleading. They say you can "watch practically all the same channels with the Fibe TV" app. Not true. There are many, many channels that are not available to watch on my Galaxy s10 with the Fibe TV app. Same goes for on demand. Limited # of programs available for viewing on my tablet. Very disappointing.

Well Built App and Service I just got this app but so far it's shockingly well built, especially for a big telecom (how backwards is that?). Everything actually just worked, it's really smooth and fast, and has a good looking and useful UI with good metadata. Yes it would be nice to play recordings on your phone, and no one would complain about more content, but kudos to your dev team.

Sound but no VIDEO Since the new app update the video has stopped working. The sound still streams fine but the is no picture. FIX THIS!

Frustrated The app shows crave TV as an option for on demand, but nope you need to download the crave app. Also when I paired my TV and new View tablet, if I changed the channel on my tablet the TV channel changed????? Very frustrating if one person wanted to watch something different, oh that was the whole point of getting the tablet.

Use it alot Usually playing on the tablet so it saves me from looking for the remote. Have the news channels on it in the mornings. I do miss the auto tune feature on my old satellite. Next update ideas, options for tv/tablet/record/autotune.

Bell Fibe Not very useful. Not all my channels show, takes a long time to load programs, can't watch most programs on my devices.

1003 error with 7.0 App won't run via data plan or wifi on Android N. Same continuous error message. Please fix or will have to cancel.

Error 1009j / 216 App no longer works all I get is this error then the app crashes. Also get pop up 'Date out of sync' but the date is NOT out of sync! Reinstalling does NOT resolve the issue. Bell service AND troubleshooters SUCK!!!

Android TV plz Cannot watch for more than 15 minutes straight without stuttering. The non-Fibe app description and screenshots are obviously outright copied from Fibe app even though they have a very different set of features. Pretty amateurish. AND WHETHER OR NOT MY PHONE IS ROOTED ISN'T YOUR BUSINESS !! You are a plague for the Canadian society and should be nationalized.

Needs strong WiFi signal Won't play or pauses where other applications such as Netflix and YouTube stream HD content just fine.

Root on OP3 This app seems to think my OP3 is rooted, it's not. Haven't been satisfied with my bell TV services lately and this is adding to it. Please fix.

Could use a volume control in the app. Can sometimes be buggy and not connect seamlessly every time.. But for the most part it functions decently enough. Nice job Bell, for once you did something that customers actually find good value in. Next step is to allow us to watch Fibe on our computers, hopefully we shall see this in the near future!

PROBLEMS error code I had finally had this app work in conjunction with my Fibe tv set up. It was even working well away from home on Wi-Fi. Don't know what happened exactly, for some reason on any of my devices that had this app all of a sudden decided to give me problems. ERROR CODE (1033). They keep telling me due to usage restrictions I am unable to use this on a rooted device. None of my devices are rooted in any sort of way. Don't know what you did to this app but now it doesn't work.

NO ACCOUNT DETECTED! Been getting this message since last update been a month now... Fix this garbage...why have an app available to download if it doesnt work?!

Bell TV app buggy App sometimes refuses to open. Furthermore after each update the app has to be removed then reinstalled. Hey guys, get your act together !

Works well for the most part Works well for streaming your Fibe TV programming but anytime I receive a message in the background of my phone or tablet, the video freezes while the audio continues to play.

Not working Says there is no bell tv account associated with my account while I only have TV with Bell. Talked with CS and said there was a known issue and asked me to try again from time to time. It has been a week and still not woking.

Since June 7 update Freezes all the time. Sound continues but picture freezes.

Freezes on launch It worked fine on my tablet and my Galaxy S5. Now it crashes on launch.

Bell Fibe Absolutely useless. Not all my channels show, takes a long time to load programs, can't watch most programs or any recordings on my devices. Can't pause, rewind or fast forward from devices either. Picture keeps freezing while sound continues.

What happened We just got fibe a month ago, app worked amazing but now it freezes all the time. What happened was there an update or something that has screwed the app up????

Used to be Good Now it refuses to open video. It now incorrectly believes that my device has been rooted. Hopefully this will be addressed.

Working again Unlike the previous reviews this latest update has the Fibe app working for me again on two tablets, a Dell and an Asus. The first used to lose its pairing with the PVR within a few minutes, the other would not pair at all, said I wasn't on the same network as the PVR, of course it was! Rebooting the PVR and the router many times never resolved it. But they're working perfectly now, it is so much better to control the PVR and search for on demand shows than with the remote control!

WAKE UP BELL audio only plays. Image goes for 2 seconds then permanent freeze. Listening to a football game for half an hour and no picture. Thanks for the crappy update. Also, you boasted improved picture quality however it's still very poor at best. All this on wifi

Typical Bell OK. .. just OK. Content providers should be forbidden from being Internet service providers. Quality of service is poor. Stutters... nowhere near a Netflix or Kodi experience and too much regionalization of content.

Legit convenience App works like a pro! I can record things when I'm out and about, watch live TV and more! The best part is that the app actually works! If you have fibtev, get this app!! Nexus 6P latest updates installed (unlike most other Android devices)

Not working after December update Update: its workung better now. Still buffers more than it use to but its better. Fiber TV app So far this app does not run. Keep trying to longin and it denied me. Even though I am using the right password. Frustrating.

Greatly improved FibeTV on your phone or tablet including PVR control. Love the in app streaming features hopefully they can add CraveTV access without another app.

No Chromecast support Pathetic in this day to not support devices your competitors are fully supporting. Shomi, and Netflix but not bell. Get with the times.

Olympics Great viewings.

Olympics blacked out! The app works great on my mini iPad and Samsung s6. But when I'm in the house connected to my Bell wifi it says there's a blackout in effect for the Olympics on CBC! Viewable on the TSN channels though.

Could use a volume control in the app. Can sometimes be buggy and not connect seamlessly every time.. Also when you select a new channel in guide mode, it asks you EVERY TIME which receiver you want to change the channel on.. Very annoying.. But for the most part it functions decently enough. Nice job Bell, for once you did something that customers actually find good value in. Next step is to allow us to watch Fibe on our computers, hopefully we shall see this in the near future!

Having an issue deleting a recorded program from the app. I delete it, but it still shows up although I can't play it anyways. Otherwise all good

Freezes on launch It worked fine on my tablet and my Galaxy S5. Now it crashes on launch. I hope that every update fixes it, but they never do.

Error Won't log in. Keeps saying error when I try to log in. Bell is way overpriced, I think I'm just gonna switch to WIND it's a lot more reasonable.

Not bad Volume control in the app would be helpful. It would also be nice if the app didnt block wireless streaming from my smartphone directly to my smart tv. I like to watch an occasional game out on the patio smart tv. I can get the game playing on the smartphone but then when I connect to the tv the app blocks streaming. Why?
